Their "IKB-programme" manages and controls the entire process, from breeding to slaughtering and from cutting to packing. High technology and extremely hygienic methods are used for portioning and preparing the ready to cook meat. In addition, Lonki has also invested in an efficient HACCP programme which guarantees excellent product quality at all times.
