Our company hallmark is derived from the weather vane rescued from the 1958 Smithfield Market fire and inherited in 1993 on the takeover of Summery and Rodgers. It has adorned the office wall since then and has indeed risen from the ashes.

We are recognised for the wide range of products we supply - beef , pork , lamb/ mutton, veal , rabbit , poultry and game. These are sourced throughout Europe, and indeed the world, from sought-after specialist meat suppliers. We provide for our customers, who are themselves, in turn, suppliers to discerning customers.
