We are recognised for the wide range of products we supply - beef, lamb, veal, mutton, rabbit, poultry, game and exotic meats, wagyu beef and smoked fish as well as procurements. These are sourced throughout europe, and indeed the world, from sought-after specialist suppliers. We provide for our customers , who are themselves, in turn, suppliers to discerning customers.
